We will endeavour to continue innovating and finding better, more cost- and time-effective and efficient ways to serve our clients without compromising on safety and performance. (Yes, we meant 'without compromising', and not 'without comprising', as quoted in 'On-time delivery, every time' published in The Straits Times on 3 November 2009. Apologies about the typo error; we do take safety and performance very seriously!)
