Al Khafji Project - Saudi Arabia

In August 2007 CPC transported by Tug and Barge 8,855 joints/ 142,286 metric tons of 24”, 28”, 36” and 42” concrete coated pipes from Al Jubail to the Derrick Laybarge DLB264 in the Persian Gulf offshore Saudi Arabia.

A combination of four 280ft barges with 3800 BHP tow tugs were assigned to this project.
